Save Marriage With Quick Sex Sessions
One of the great things about being in a new relationship has to be all the exciting sex, but this tends to wane the longer you are with someone. It is a common joke that married couples have a poor sex life, but this doesn’t have to be the case, as long as you become good at having quick sex.
This is according to sexpert Tracey Cox, who told readers of the Daily Mail it is important to make the intimate time you have with your spouse count.
“Get into the habit of having quick sex sessions and turn yourself on beforehand by re-running previous hot sessions in your heads,” she advised.
It is also worth getting in the mood before you even see each other that day, with the relationship guru suggesting: “Send each other sexy texts, read an erotic book in the loo (and while you’re there, warm up with a bullet-style vibrator), [and] have a sneak look at online porn.”
This will mean when you are both in one room together, “you’re ready to pounce”.
One reason why married couples might not have the most thrilling sex life is because they’re tired, whether from working all hours of the day or young kids keeping them up at night.
However, Ms Cox advised fighting sleep by being active in the bedroom, instead of lying down.
“If you want to create energy, put yourself in the driving seat – literally – and jump on top,” she advised.
Couples who love to watch movies could put on a festive flick that will get them in the mood, such as A Bad Moms Christmas. This 2016 film was recommended by Pop Sugar as one of the sexiest Yuletide movies of the season, starring “erotic dancers, sexy Santas and three hot [mums]”.
Try adding a bondage kit to your sex toys and see if this spices up your marriage.
