We offer worldwide delivery to a range of countries via kandid.com. We are currently accepting orders from customers where the delivery address is in the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.
We’re adding new countries to this list all the time, so keep an eye on this page for changes. If your country is not listed above and you are interested in us delivering to your region, please get in touch with us via email at email@example.com.
We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs, dependent upon the shipment location. You will be given the option to select a delivery option at checkout.

We offer free delivery to customers that spend above a threshold amount or those that have an eligible free delivery promotion code. If you have a promo code, you can learn more about entering this in the checkout.
Our current thresholds for free delivery are:
Europe: €80+ (Band 1 & 2 only)
Free delivery thresholds are advertised by region and are based on the location of the delivery address, not the location you are ordering from. These thresholds are subject to change at any time without notice.
Yes. During the checkout, you can indicate a delivery address different from the one you entered when registering.
Our daily cut-off time for same day dispatch to UK postcodes is 2pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders submitted after this time will be dispatched on the following working day. Please note that our warehouse does not currently operate on weekends. Therefore any orders received after 2pm on a Friday, will not be dispatched until Monday.
Tracking, Couriers & Transits
Delivery dates vary depending on the type of delivery selected.
For UK customers, this will either be 2 working days for Express Delivery or 1 working day for Priority Delivery.
For all other customers, you will be provided with accurate delivery estimations directly from the courier via email and/or SMS text message.
In all cases, we provide customers with a tracking number via email and in the My Account area to check the location of an order directly with the courier.
Note that delivery timescales may be extended in sale periods or festive periods (i.e. Christmas).
You can do this in My Account. This will inform you of tracking numbers and status updates. Depending on your delivery option, you may receive an email or SMS text message directly from the courier with regards to the exact arrangement for your delivery.
If you purchased your item as a guest and want to track your order, please use the tracking number provided in the email you received to confirm dispatch of your order.
For all delivery methods irrespective of delivery location you will receive:
1. An email confirming your order at the time of payment.
2. An email confirming when your order leaves our warehouse to the destination indicated – this will contain a tracking number so the order can be tracked directly with the courier.
3. An email or SMS text message from the courier when the item is scanned at the Delivery Office to inform you that delivery will be attempted that day.
If the order is too large to fit through the letterbox or if access is unavailable, the courier will leave a “calling card”. This card will advise whether:
- You should arrange a redelivery
- Your order has been sent to a local post collection centre for you to collect
- Your order has been returned to us
The courier used for your order depends on the delivery option selected at checkout. In any case, we either use Royal Mail or DPD.
You can get in touch with either courier directly once the order has been dispatched and you have received your tracking number via email.
